iGate Consulting have competence to perform full business-loop consultancy, i.e. to deliver service from EDI data reception to integration into business engine and back. For example, we manage the entire setup and data integration into customer order management (COM) area and the process flow through the outbound distribution and transportation planning area (DIS/TPL).
We can offer hosting/outsourcing and monitoring service for EDI soft- and hardware for any M3 customer, thus no internal EDI competence is necessary.
Our collaboration philosophy is to build win-win relations with other Infor Service partners and to complement their need for in-house EDI/integration competence.
